Salesforce Consulting and Implementation

• Implementation, customization, auditing, and evolution of Salesforce solutions;
• Allocation of certified professionals on demand through hourly packages;
• Strategic and operational support for Salesforce teams.

Courses and Training

• Online courses specialized in Salesforce and related technologies;
• Educational materials, video lessons, exercises, and certificates of completion (when applicable);
• Access to the learning platform upon registration and payment.

Digital Content and Resources

Articles, e-books, webinars, newsletters, and other educational materials made available for free or upon registration.

Account Creation

To access certain services, you must create an account by providing information such as name, email, phone number, company, and job title.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• All activities carried out under your account;
• Immediately notifying 3DES in case of unauthorized use.

Suspension and Cancellation

3DES reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or exhibit inappropriate behavior.

Online Courses

• Course prices will be displayed at the time of purchase;
• Payment may be made through the methods available on the platform;
• Upon payment confirmation, access to the course will be granted as described on the product page;
• Courses have an access period defined at the time of purchase.

Consulting Services

• Consulting and professional allocation services are contracted through a specific commercial proposal;
• Prices, deadlines, deliverables, and payment terms will be established in a separate contract.

Refund Policy

• Courses: A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that content consumption does not exceed 20% of the total available, as set forth by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code;
• Consulting services: Cancellation terms will be defined in the specific service agreement.

3DES Content

All content available on the 3DES website and platform — including text, images, videos, logos, code, designs, educational materials, and audiovisual resources — is the exclusive property of 3DES or its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

The user may:

• Access and view content for personal and non-commercial use;
• Download materials expressly made available for download.

Prohibited Use

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, selling, or commercially exploiting any content without prior written authorization from 3DES;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the platform's source code;
• Removing copyright notices or registered trademarks;
• Sharing login credentials or course content with third parties.

Service Availability

3DES endeavors to keep the platform available without interruption, but does not guarantee that services will be free from errors, outages, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

Third-Party Content

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. 3DES is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

Results

The courses and services offered are educational and advisory in nature. 3DES does not guarantee specific results, external certifications, or the achievement of specific professional goals by users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DES provides the services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Damages

3DES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
